Gindy's California Election Picks 2006

Here are my picks for the Califoria Novermber 7, 2006 General Election. If my calculations are correct, the elites in this state are trying to extract another $47,800,000,000 from your family on top of the $100,000,000,000 that you are already paying this year. That is another 50%. Think about it.

Governor: Scharzenegger over Angelides. Arnold is average at best, but Angelides would be worse than Davis. Remember Davis?

Lieutenant Governor: McClintock. He is Great.

Controller: Strickland.

Atorney General: Poochigian.

CA Senator: I am not a fan of Feinstein. But, I don't know anything about Mountjoy.

30th District Rep: Jones. Only because I am not a fan of Waxman.

PROPOSITIONS:

1A TRANSPORTATION FUNDING PROTECTION. LEGISLATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT. Yes.

1B HIGHWAY SAFETY, TRAFFIC REDUCTION,
AIR QUALITY, AND PORT SECURITY BOND ACT OF 2006. No. This is a $19.92 billion.....that is billion with a "b" proposal. The money for this should come from the general fund which is all too often being used for nonsense and lobbyist payouts. But man, does our infrastructure need help. We are being buried in poor quality roads and traffic. Reminder, we have about a $100 billion budget. Where does all of that money go.

1C HOUSING AND EMERGENCY SHELTER TRUST FUND ACT OF 2006. Another $2.9 billion. No way. Add up all of these propositions and see how much they are trying to extract from you and your family. This is in addition to the regular budget.

1D KINDERGARTEN–UNIVERSITY PUBLIC EDUCATION FACILITIES BOND ACT OF 2006. Another $10.6 billion (again with a "b"). Where is this money coming from? Are you paying taxes of any kind? If yes, then you should be concerned. Every year they try to get more from you for these same causes. One more time, what are they doing with the general fund money.

1E DISASTER PREPAREDNESS AND FLOOD PREVENTION BOND ACT OF 2006. $4.6 billion I will say yes to this. In the next earthquake we may appreciate this given Louisana's latest example.

83 SEX OFFENDERS. SEXUALLY VIOLENT PREDATORS. PUNISHMENT, RESIDENCE RESTRICTIONS AND MONITORING. INITIATIVE STATUTE. Yes.

84 WATER QUALITY, SAFETY AND SUPPLY.
FLOOD CONTROL. NATURAL RESOURCE PROTECTION. PARK IMPROVEMENTS. BONDS. INITIATIVE STATUTE. No. Another $5.38 billion. What is the general fund for.

85 WAITING PERIOD AND PARENTAL NOTIFICATION BEFORE TERMINATION OF MINOR’S PREGNANCY. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT. Yes. This makes perfect sense to me. Your daughter can't visit the dentist without your permission but they can get an abortion? Think about that.

86 TAX ON CIGARETTES. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT AND STATUTE. Absolutely not. Leave these people alone. Look at them. Tax, Tax Tax. All of these propositions require tax money.

87 ALTERNATIVE ENERGY. RESEARCH, PRODUCTION, INCENTIVES. TAX ON CALIFORNIA OIL PRODUCERS. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT AND STATUTE. No. This is a horrible idea. Horrible. It is a $4 billion tax on gas basically. It will hit the poorest the hardest. Tax, Tax, Tax, Tax, Tax. Don't you get tired of it?

88 EDUCATION FUNDING. REAL PROPERTY PARCEL TAX. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT AND STATUTE. No. Another $450 million tax that you would be paying. They ask for more money every year. What is general fund money used for? Seriously.

89 POLITICAL CAMPAIGNS. PUBLIC FINANCING. CORPORATE TAX INCREASE. CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION AND EXPENDITURE LIMITS. INITIATIVE STATUTE. Absolutely not. This is Un-American as far as I am concerned.

90 GOVERNMENT ACQUISITION, REGULATION OF PRIVATE PROPERTY. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT. Yes. Yes. Yes. This is an Eminent Domain resistance bill which makes it harder for the government to confiscate your home or business and redistribute it to there favorite lobbyists.

France Already Surrendering In Lebanon

Here is another example of why we can always trust the French. France gave us the impression that prior to the Israeli pullout they would fully participate in the UN force. As usual that seems to be nothing but another broken promise: France said to want only symbolic force.

France, meanwhile, wants to send a small, purely symbolic contingent to the force, and the United Nations is trying to convince French officials that such a decision would be devastating, a news report said Thursday.

Though France has been widely expected to lead the force, the newspaper Le Monde reported that it planned to contribute merely 10 officers and 200 military engineers.

What does France care if Hizballah murders more Israelis? They are just Jews.

Omert, Islamic Fascists And The Left

Just some random thoughts:

I seriously think that PM Omert will probably go down as the worst PM in Israeli history. Expect him to be forced out of office the minute things settle down just a little bit. Sharon would never have botched the military operation so miserably. Never. Expect the Muslims in the region to take their holy war against the Jews to the next level as a result.

On another note, I have seen many on the left (in the Daily Kos, DU, Bring It ON) call the Zionists (that is what many on the left call Jews) Nazis trying to commit a brutal genocide to wipe Lebanon off the map. Keep in mind that the Nazis murdered more than 6 million defenseless Jews alone. That is not to mention all of the other undesirables according to German society at the time. As far as I know just over 700 Lebanese have been killed in mutual combat (that is if you believe Hizballah's numbers). Not a very appropriate comparison.

The left seems to forget what made the Nazis unique (although Stalin was a mass murderer as well) in their time. It wasn't because the Germans retaliated when their neighbors instigated a war by constantly firing across their border. That didn't happen. It wasn't because people were trying instigate a war by sending suicide bombers, many of them children, to murder German children children on school buses or in restaurants. That didn't happen. It wasn't because any country threatened to drive the Germans into the sea. That didn't happen. The Germans didn't try to exterminate the Jews just because of hate. The Germans also did it because they were power hungry and they were willing to use Jewish blood as a tool to get that power. Today's Islamic fascist have the same hate and the same goals in mind. Yet the left often doesn't want to talk about that. You see, Hamas and Hizballah (the Party Of Allah) are really poor oppressed people that are willing to live side by side with Israel in peace if those pesky Zionists (Jews) would just leave them alone. It is odd that the left calls the Jews of Israel who are just trying to survive the fascists. Something to think about.

Just a short reminder about Nazis. The Nazis tried to murder every man, woman and child that they deemed undesirable (The Islamic fascists are trying to do this to the Jews in Israel now). That included Jews, blacks, homosexuals Gypsies etc. (in this case that would most likely mean you infidel. Keep in mind the black Africans in the Sudan are just not the right color for the Arab Muslims in that region). With the Jews they would would make them run for miles in the snow and those that dropped to the ground died (nowadays the Islamic fascists just saw their heads off slowly..... think of Daniel Pearl). They packed them into cattle cars for days on end so thick and in extreme heat that people had to take turns to sit down. Those that died along the way stayed in those rail cars until they were all off loaded, days later. They were packed into tiny Concentration camps (much smaller than the West Bank I assure you, even though the left wants you to think otherwise). They performed horrible medical experiments on the Jews (experiments you wouldn't dream of doing to an animal) such as submerging in freezing water to see how much cold the human body could take before dying. They turned these Jewish men, women and children into slaves who labored for the German government (how many times have we heard Imams across the world say that enslavement of non-believers is acceptable). The Jews had their slave numbers tattooed on their arms so that they could be catalogued and kept track of. They were fed almost no food. Many died from starvation and disease. They were randomly shot just for the fun of it (sound familiar). It goes on and on. Think about that the next time you have the sudden urge to call the Zionists (Jews) Nazis for trying to defend their families.

Brian Williams Question Of The Day

What is the difference between suicide bombers who were just caught trying to murder more than 5,000 Americans and the fireman heros who died on 9-11? Nothing.....according to NBC anchor Brian Williams.

MATTHEWS: You know, in our first edition of HARDBALL tonight, we had a senator on, former Senator John Edwards on, who said that once these people in the east and the Islamic world get to know us personally, understand our good character, as he said, they wouldn‘t hate us so much, they wouldn‘t want to commit suicide to hurt us. But here we have maybe 25, 24 people who have lived in London and England and the free world for all these years, that become citizens, subjects of the crown, and, yet, after having gotten to know us, they want to kill themselves to hurt us. Isn‘t that an even deeper conundrum here than the chemicals being used in these attacks?

WILLIAMS: And that, Chris, that last aspect, the willingness to take one‘s own life, I always tell people, you know, there are guys on our team like that, too. They‘re called Army Rangers and Navy Seals and the special forces folks and the first responders on 9/11 who went into those buildings knowing, by the way, they weren‘t going to come out. So we have players like that on our team.
